Privacy Policy

• Process and distribute your videos to selected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Schedule video uploads for future posting (paid plans)
• Authenticate with third-party platforms on your behalf using OAuth
• Manage multiple profiles and platform connections
• Provide analytics and performance insights (paid plans)
• Apply configured watermarks to videos when applicable
• Track usage limits and subscription features
• Improve our Service and develop new features
• Communicate with you about your account and the Service
• Ensure security and prevent abuse

Content Retention by Subscription Plan:

• Growth Trial: Trial uploads, publishing history, analytics, and connection records remain available after expiry; the account continues on Free with limited publishing while scheduling pauses
• Growth Plan: Videos deleted 7 days after upload, 14-day upload history
• Power Plan: Videos deleted 30 days after upload, 90-day upload history
• If upload fails, videos are deleted after the maximum storage period for your plan
• You can manually delete videos immediately through the dashboard
• Upload history is automatically cleaned based on your plan's retention period
• We do not retain copies after deletion

Secure Storage:

• Videos are stored using industry-standard encryption
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Content is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare R2)
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption

When you connect third-party platforms:

• We store OAuth tokens securely and encrypted
• Tokens are used only to upload content on your behalf
• We do not access your personal data from these platforms
• You can revoke access at any time through your account settings

Platforms we integrate with:

• YouTube (via Google OAuth 2.0)
• TikTok (via TikTok for Developers OAuth)
• Instagram (via Meta Business API)
• Facebook (via Meta Business API)
• MongoDB Atlas (for account data storage)
• Cloudflare R2 (for temporary video storage)
• Stripe (for subscription and payment processing)

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• Sensitive data (tokens, passwords) is encrypted at rest
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access controls and authentication requirements
• Secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard protections

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only in these circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations or court orders
• To protect our rights, property, or safety
• With service providers who assist in operating our Service (under strict confidentiality agreements)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Object to certain types of data processing

Account Deletion:

• You can delete your account at any time through your account settings
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed:
  • Account information (username, email, password)
  • All platform connections and OAuth tokens
  • All uploaded videos and thumbnails
  • Usage analytics and statistics
  • Subscription data and billing history
• Content uploaded to third-party platforms will remain unless you delete it manually

Data Retention After Deletion:

• Most data is deleted immediately upon account deletion
• Backup copies are deleted within 30 days
• Server logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security purposes (no personal data)
• Some data may be retained longer if required by law

Payment Processing:

• We use Stripe for secure payment processing
• We do not store credit card information on our servers
• Payment data is handled by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy
• We store subscription status and billing information for service delivery
• Supports both monthly and yearly billing cycles

Subscription Plans:

• Growth Trial: Seven days of full Growth access without a card; after expiry the account automatically continues on Free with limited publishing
• Growth Plan: $19.99/month with unlimited uploads, 3 accounts per platform, scheduled posting (up to 30 days), basic analytics, no watermarks
• Power Plan: $39/month with unlimited uploads, 10 accounts per platform, scheduled posting (up to 90 days), advanced analytics, priority support, no watermarks

Subscription Data:

• Plan type and billing cycle (monthly/yearly)
• Subscription status and renewal dates
• Usage statistics and limits
• Payment history (amounts and dates, not payment methods)
• Feature access based on subscription tier

We use Google Consent Mode to limit measurement before you make an analytics choice. While analytics storage is denied, Google may receive cookieless measurement pings containing the consent state, page URL, timestamp, referrer, user agent, and a random value generated for that page load. These pings do not read or write analytics cookies or device identifiers.

• Essential cookies for authentication and functionality
• Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled
• Analytics query strings are limited to standard campaign parameters; authentication and referral values are excluded
• Google Analytics cookies and richer PostHog and Ahrefs measurement are enabled only after you accept analytics
• You can withdraw analytics consent in Settings; stored analytics identifiers are then cleared
