1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Multiposter ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Multiposter is a comprehensive video distribution platform that allows users to upload videos and distribute them to multiple social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The Service provides:
- Secure cloud storage with automatic deletion based on subscription plan
- Automated distribution to multiple platforms simultaneously
- Scheduled posting capabilities (paid plans)
- Multi-profile support for managing multiple brands/accounts
- Analytics and performance tracking (paid plans)
- Watermark application when configured
- Subscription management with tiered plans
- OAuth-based platform authentication
- Upload history tracking
3. User Content and Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Store your content temporarily for processing and distribution
- Distribute your content to the platforms you select
- Process and format your content as necessary for distribution
Important: We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.
4. Content Storage and Deletion
Content Retention Policy:
- Content, publishing history, analytics, and connection records created during the Growth trial remain available after trial expiry; only new uploads, publishing, scheduling, and rescheduling pause
- Videos are automatically deleted from our storage based on your subscription plan:
- Growth Plan: 7 days after upload, 14-day upload history
- Power Plan: 30 days after upload, 90-day upload history
- If upload to all selected platforms fails, videos are deleted after the maximum storage period for your plan
- Upload history is automatically cleaned based on your plan's retention period
- You can manually delete videos at any time through the dashboard
- We do not retain copies of your content after deletion
This policy ensures your content is not stored longer than necessary and protects your privacy.
5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains harmful, threatening, or abusive material
- Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or inappropriate
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violates platform-specific community guidelines (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Exceeds the applicable file size limit for the active Growth or Power plan
- Is used to spam or abuse platform APIs
We reserve the right to remove or reject content that violates these terms or platform guidelines.
6. Platform Integration
When you connect third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook):
- You authorize us to upload content on your behalf using OAuth 2.0 authentication
- You can connect multiple accounts per platform based on your subscription plan:
- Growth Trial: Up to 3 accounts per platform
- Growth Plan: Up to 3 accounts per platform
- Power Plan: Up to 10 accounts per platform
- You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines
- We are not responsible for content removal or account suspension by third-party platforms
- You can revoke platform access at any time through your account settings
- Platform connections are encrypted and stored securely
- We do not access your personal data from these platforms beyond what's necessary for content upload
- OAuth tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by you or the platform at any time
7. Service Availability and Features
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
Subscription Plans and Features:
- Growth Trial: The first successful publish unlocks seven days of full Growth access without a card; after expiry the account continues on Free with limited publishing while scheduling pauses and existing content, history, analytics, and connections remain available
- Growth Plan ($19.99/month): Unlimited uploads, 3 accounts per platform, scheduled posting (up to 30 days ahead), basic analytics, no watermarks, 7-day storage, 14-day history
- Power Plan ($39/month): Unlimited uploads, 10 accounts per platform, scheduled posting (up to 90 days ahead), advanced analytics, priority support, no watermarks, 30-day storage, 90-day history
Features may vary by subscription plan. Some features may be marked as "Coming soon" and will be available in future updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reupload shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Account Management and Data Deletion
Account Deletion:
- You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed:
- Account information (username, email, password)
- All platform connections and OAuth tokens
- All uploaded videos and thumbnails
- Usage analytics and statistics
- Subscription data and billing history
- Content uploaded to third-party platforms will remain on those platforms unless manually deleted by you
Data Retention:
- Most data is deleted immediately upon account deletion
- Backup copies are deleted within 30 days
- Server logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security purposes (no personal data)
- Some data may be retained longer if required by law
10. Account Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination by us, your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
